If your order arrives with a significant manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or if we made an error with your order (including incorrect size, customization, player name, number, or item sent), please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Approved claims may qualify for:

A replacement item
An exchange for the correct item

Refunds will not be issued.

Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer, including sizing selections, names, numbers, addresses, or customization requests, are generally not eligible for exchange.
